Morgan starred in an informational film Safe Sex for Men and Women about AIDS prevention and education. A portion of the profits were donated to American Foundation for AIDS Research. Morgan is a part of the Entertainment Industry AIDS Task Force. Morgan is a member of the Entertainment Industry's AIDS Task Team. She also has led numerous other fundraising initiatives to fight AIDS and testified before a specially-created Congressional Commission regarding AIDS Education. She sits on the board of Governors of APLA. The organization has asked her to take over the role of the Surgeon General who was formerly C. Everett Koop at AIDS-related events. Steve Bell, a anchor on the news, has been host of an AIDS Awareness Special. Ted Koppell has interviewed her several times on AIDS on Nightline. Morgan has been nominated for an Emmy winner for Diane English's Murphy Brown Special Episode written especially for Morgan. This spring, Morgan costarred with Joan Rivers as Your Money or Your Wife on ABC television. Summer began with Murder At The PTA Luncheon. Productions like Von Zerneck/Sertner also included Cindy Williams and Marla Gabbs. Morgan's next production sent her to Luxembourg for Harmony Gold's production of Sherlock Holmes and the Leading Lady that also featured Christopher Lee and Patrick McNee. Morgan was also in the psychological thriller produced for USA Network. The film garnered one of its greatest ratings of all time.
